Customer Success Manager 100% REMOTE

Pay: from $20/hour. Availability: Part-Time or Full-Time

We are mission-oriented and 100% remote.

Our users are the frontline workers of our justice system. We have customers at local, state, and regional levels.

You will own the overall relationship with our customers. You will support them in realizing value from the platform on a day-to-day basis and continually find new ways to grow the relationship.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing simultaneous initiatives.
